More Trees, Please.

Arlington County’s Tree Canopy Fund (TCF) aims to restore and increase Arlington County’s tree cover. It provides funds for planting trees with diameters of about two inches that, at maturity, will be large, canopy trees.

ERC and the Grounds Committee plan to submit a grant proposal to the TCF for tree planting and public education. We invite you to participate. Where would you like a tree planted? Will you care for (water, hug) a newly planted tree? Tree stewards will strengthen our application and the survival rate of new trees.
